At Seminalia, we specialize in American truffles and wild foraged goods. Co-founders Vincent and Camille spent a decade in the culinary industry, in three Michelin starred restaurants and James Beard winning kitchens and dining rooms, growing a deep love and knowledge of truffles, unique ingredients, and the story of the foragers and farmers who pull them from the earth. We firmly believe that American-grown truffles truly rival their European counterparts, and showcase them side by side to help bring them center stage and share them with the world. We carry American-grown European species, American native and endemic species, and European species imported from around the globe, in an array of a dozen different species on rotation throughout the year.
Alongside truffles, we proudly offer some of the world's finest caviars and roes, wild mushrooms, berries, and greens, sourced from all corners of the US. Our company is rigorously driven by an environmental focus and commitment to sustainability and sees this as a moral responsibility to our earth, and the next generation.
Co-founders and environmentalists Vince and Camille are constantly searching for incredible ingredients to share with our clients. Our offerings are hyper-seasonal, incredibly limited in quantity, and mostly harvested to order. It's all by design.
Wild harvesting, foraging and farming are sustainable when they each benefit their environments and maintain soil fertility. We’re collaborating with our foragers and farmers to use resources more efficiently and promoting policies that enable sustainability. Together, we can secure luxury ingredients without sacrificing local ecosystems or the greater environment.

That's why our products go through multiple stages of rigorous evaluation and grading before being delivered to Michelin starred and award-winning kitchens across the US. We ensure only the best ingredients, in the most sustainable, efficient methods, with the least impact on the environment.
