Co-founders and environmentalists Vince and Milly both left jobs in a three-Michelin starred restaurant, thinking they were ready to say goodbye to the culinary industry. They weren't. And now they're back as truffle and wild goods purveyors, and the world is better for it.
Wild harvesting, foraging and farming are sustainable when they each benefit their environments and maintain soil fertility. We’re collaborating with our foragers and farmers to use resources more efficiently and promoting policies that enable sustainability. Together, we can secure luxury ingredients without sacrificing local ecosystems or the greater environment.
