We ship all orders once a week, immediately after receiving product from our foragers. We do not stock perishables, instead we forage to order, ensuring you get the absolute freshest goods possible. Due to the particular logistics of the items you may order, it may take up to 7 business days for the order to process prior to shipment. We ship all perishable items through Priority Overnight Shipping. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 24 hours if it contains perishable items. Please know that we are ultimately at the mercy of the carriers, and shipping can sometimes be delayed a day or two.
Due to our products’ freshness and scarcity, we cannot cancel an order that is already in process. Because we sell food products, we are not able to accept any returns, or issue refunds.
